Order Processing & Fulfillment
We fulfill all orders using Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). Orders are processed and shipped directly from fulfillment centers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping option at checkout. The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and may provide free shipping promotions from time to time.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
