Are the Milwaukee and DeWalt tools you sell genuine?
Yes. Every Milwaukee and DeWalt product we sell is brand new in original manufacturer packaging, sourced through Shopify Collective from established US distributors. We never sell refurbished, aftermarket, or non-genuine versions of brand-name tools.
How much is shipping and how fast is delivery?
Orders over $99 ship free. Below that, shipping is a flat $6.50 via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 3–5 business days. In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours from a US warehouse. Printed apparel is made to order in the USA and typically arrives in 7–10 days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Start a return through our contact form with your order number. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return and make it right at no cost to you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Are M12 and M18 batteries interchangeable?
No. Milwaukee's M12 and M18 are separate platforms — M12 batteries fit M12 tools and M18 batteries fit M18 tools. If you're unsure which platform your tool uses, check the battery slide: M12 packs slide into the handle, M18 packs clip onto the base.
Do your PACKOUT accessories fit the genuine Milwaukee PACKOUT system?
Yes. Our PACKOUT accessories — crates, foam inserts, side tables, mounts, and organizers — are designed to lock onto the genuine Milwaukee PACKOUT system using the standard cleat pattern. Each product page lists exactly which boxes and organizers it fits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, and other standard checkout options. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
